Who is Bitlet?
- Bitlet is our partner company that specializes in custom designing high-end gaming consoles.
What does Bitlet do?
- Bitlet programs and configures gaming systems for your personal use.
- Bitlet loads these systems full of games, and ships them out to you in the configuration you want.
What are some features?
- Bitlet handhelds all come with screen protectors.
- Bitlet handhelds can be linked via internet to allow playing multiplayer games together.
- You can have up to 4 players using 4 bluetooth controllers off of 1 handheld system.
- You can have up to 4 handheld systems playing 1 game together.
- Only applies to games that support multiplayer of course.
- Bitlet handhelds are bluetooth and internet ready.
- Bitlets can track your progress and achievements in games.
- Any game can be saved at any time.
- Consoles come with various types of HDMI connections to allow playing on a larger screen/TV.
What if I want more/other games?
- If you have access to a game that is not installed, but that you want, the system comes with instructions on how you can load your game yourself.
- If you need assistance with doing that, please contact us for help.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Do you have a refund policy?
- Due to the nature of customized work, there are no refunds on orders that were filled.
- If you believe what you received is not at all what you ordered, please contact us and we will work to correct the issue.
- If any refund were ever to be issued, it would be in store credit
Do you offer exchanges?
- Due to the nature of customized work, there are no exchanges on orders that were filled.
- If you are not happy with what you’ve received, please contact us and we will work to correct the issue.
Do you offer a return period?
- We do offer a limited return period. You have 10 days from date of delivery to file a claim for a return and receive RMA instructions.
- The only returns that will be authorized are if we shipped the completely wrong item to you.
- You must ship the item back and they must be received by us within 14 days of receiving the RMA instructions.
- A refund or exchange will be issued upon receipt of the items at our location.
- All items must be in like-new condition with no damage or wear on them to qualify for refund or exchange.
Delivery & Fulfillment Times
How long does it take to process/create the order?
- As all orders are made to order after receiving payment, they do take a little longer to be shipped.
- Processing times can vary from 1-7 days depending on current volumes and complexities of orders.
- We create all items ourselves and do not outsource. Everything is made here in the USA and shipped directly to you once crafted.
- Larger orders or orders placed during high volume times may be subject to longer lead times.
- If you ever need an update, please contact us and we will keep you posted.
- If you need expedited processing, please contact us directly prior to placing your order.
How long does the shipping actually take?
- All orders are shipped through the method you select at checkout.
- All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless specifically excluded by coupon or special offer.
- Shipping times are at the discretion of the carrier and we cannot control them.
- Standard shipping means that the item(s) will be in transit for 3-4 days.
- If you need expedited shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order.
What if my item is not available on hand?
- Everything is made to order and sometimes the items that we need to make your item can take longer to receive at our location. This can delay creation of your items.
- We do keep a lot of materials on hand to be able to create your orders right away. But some things must be ordered before we can make them.

Do you offer free shipping?
- Orders that exceed $200 will be eligible for free shipping.
- If you’d like to pickup your order in-person, there are locations in Maine and Massachusetts which you can do that and avoid shipping costs.
